Can I place an order online?

When Should I Place My Order?

During most of the year, Affy Tapple needs 10 business days notice to fulfill an order. Our daily deadline for order placement is 3PM.

October is our busiest month. If you are ordering in October, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible to ensure you get the delivery date you want.

How are Affy Tapples packaged?

Affy Tapples are packaged individually in a plastic package.

There are 24 Affy Tapples in a case.

How Long do Affy Tapples Stay Fresh?

Affy Tapples stay fresh for 14 days after they are made. Since all of our Affy Tapples are made to order, you will want to deliver your apples soon after you receive them, so that customers can enjoy them while they are at their peak.

How are the Caramel & Chocolate Pretzel Rods Packaged?

Caramel & Chocolate Pretzel Rods packaging comprises 18 Individually wrapped Milk Chocolate and Caramel Dipped Pretzel Rods in a Counter Top Box, packed in Master Cartons of 8 Counter Top Displays. Each pretzel rod serves 1-2 people.

Can I get my Affy Tapple Order Delivered?

How do I store Affy Tapples?

Affy Tapples are made to order and are perishable. To keep your apples fresh and crisp, we recommend that you store them off the ground in a cool, dry place (between 50-70 degrees). If possible, keeping the apples refrigerated is best.

Can I Pick My Order Up?

Yes! Orders can be picked up at our Factory Store in Niles, IL. We are located at 7425 Croname Ave, Niles, IL. To get directions click here.

Our factory store is open 5 days a week, and in October we are open on Saturdays too!

Hours are:

  • Monday-Friday: 9AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday: 9AM-2PM October only!

Our Factory Store will also have our confections available for purchase.

How do I Pay for my Order?

Credit Card Payment is the preferred method for placing an order. If you must pay by check, it must be an organizational check made payable to Affy Tapple LLC and presented to the Factory Store at the time of order pickup.

Can I order a Mixed Case?

No, Affy Tapple does not mix cases.

What Allergens should I be aware of in Affy Tapple products?

All of our caramel apples are manufactured on shared equipment with peanuts and other tree nuts. Additionally, our famous caramel is made with milk and contains soy ingredients. Please use caution if you have or are unsure about any of these allergens. Customer Safety is our greatest concern! Please visit our Nutritional and Allergy Statements page for more details.
