1. Pre-Sell – Distribute our Pre-Sell Order Form to your fundraising team.
2. Place Order – Submit your totals using our Fundraising Organizer Form online or via printable form.
3. Pick Up – Choose from the Factory Store or one of our new suburban pickup spots.
4. Profit! – Sell your treats and watch the fundraising dollars roll in.

October Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm, Fri 8:30am–5pm, Sat 9am–2pm

New Suburban Locations

• Stan’s Donuts & Coffee – Orland Park, IL (Oct 27, 8am–1pm)
• Superdawg Drive-In – Wheeling, IL (Oct 28, 11am–4pm)
• Phase Three Brewing – Elmhurst, IL (Oct 29, 8am–1pm)

Pickup must be booked & prepaid at least 1 week in advance. Payments will not be accepted on day of pickup.

Delivery

If you cannot pick up your order, you can arrange for U.S. Messenger & Logistics to deliver. Contact them below for current rates.

Handling Instructions

• Affy Tapple Caramel Apples: Store between 50°F and 70°F. Refrigeration extends freshness. Do NOT freeze.
• Pretzels: Stay fresh up to 6 months. Store in a cool, dry place.
